Sunmass Innovations was co-founded in 1992 by Philip Handel M. Thomas and his late brother, Orrette Thomas.
In 2015, Philip Thomas founded DELTTA SUNMASS INNOVATIONS LLC to carry that work forward. Today the company is focused on one public-interest problem: making lithium-ion batteries safer for the people and infrastructure that depend on them.
